Do my customers need an app?
No. On phones that read NFC, holding the phone near the stand opens your Google review page in the browser. There is nothing to install.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone XS and newer read NFC tags automatically, and so do most Android phones with NFC switched on.
Is asking for Google reviews allowed?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask their customers for reviews. It does not allow rewards for reviews or asking only the customers you expect to be happy, so we suggest offering the stand to everyone.
Are there ongoing fees?
No. You buy the stand once. There is no subscription for review stands and plates.
Can I change where it points later?
Yes. The stand stays the same and we repoint it, for example to a new Google profile or a booking page.
How do ordering and payment work?
